Ingredients

  • 4 turkey cutlets
  • 4 slices of Bayonne ham
  • 25g grated Emmental cheese (0.88 ounces)
  • 25g grated Ossau Iraty cheese (0.88 ounces)
  • 1 egg
  • 40g flour (1.41 ounces)
  • 100g breadcrumbs (3.53 ounces)
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano

Recipe

01 – 

Flatten each turkey cutlet and cover with a slice of Bayonne ham.

02 – 

Grate the Ossau Iraty and Emmental cheeses, then mix them together.

03 – 

Place a small pile of grated cheeses on each turkey cutlet.

04 – 

Fold each cutlet in half, folding over the longest side.

05 – 

Beat the egg in a shallow dish. Place the flour in another dish.

06 – 

In a third dish, pour the breadcrumbs and mix them with the dried oregano.

07 – 

Dip each cutlet in the flour, then in the egg, and finally in the breadcrumbs. Fry for 5 minutes on each side in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil and serve.
