Ingredients

  • Mont d’Or cheese
  • 2 slices of Bayonne ham
  • Potimarron (type of squash)
  • 100ml (3.4 fl oz) white wine
  • Thyme
  • Honey
  • Salt, pepper

Recipe

01 – 

Preheat the oven to 170°C (338°F).

02 – 

Cut off the top of the potimarron and hollow it out.

03 – 

Brush the inside of the potimarron with olive oil, thyme, salt, and pepper.

04 – 

Precook the potimarron in the oven for 20 minutes.

05 – 

Place the Mont d’Or cheese in the potimarron, season with thyme, salt, and pepper, and pour in the white wine.

06 – 

Bake for 5 to 7 minutes.

07 – 

After cooking, arrange the slices of Bayonne ham, sprinkle with thyme, and drizzle with honey.

08 – 

Serve hot, enjoy your meal!
